Refund policy

This policy applies to paid advisory sessions and scoped project engagements purchased from Stack Axis Consulting Sdn. Bhd.

Advisory sessions

• Cancel or reschedule at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend, the session fee is non-refundable.
• If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or a new time slot.

Project engagements

• Cooling-off: For distance contracts with consumers, you may cancel within ten (10) days of written confirmation under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 direct-sales provisions, unless work has begun with your express request.
• Proposed baseline (pending business confirmation): Service fees are refundable within seven (7) calendar days of written project confirmation if no substantive work has started. Once a milestone has begun, payments for that milestone are non-refundable.
• Deposits secure calendar availability and are applied to the first invoice.

How to request a refund

Email info@stack-axis.digital with your name, invoice reference, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days.

Disputes

Malaysian consumers may bring claims to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for qualifying amounts (up to RM 50,000).
