Terms of service

These terms apply to paid programming consulting and advisory services offered by Stack Axis Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (SSM 201901553847) through stack-axis.digital.

Services

We provide scoped full-stack web application programming and technical advisory sessions as described on our Services page. Specific deliverables are defined in a written scope charter or session confirmation.

Quotes and payment

Prices quoted in RM unless stated otherwise. Project work is invoiced per the signed charter—typically a deposit before work and milestone payments thereafter. Advisory sessions are payable before scheduling.

Your responsibilities

You will provide timely access to repositories, staging environments, and decision-makers. Delays caused by missing access may shift timelines without penalty to us.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, upon full payment you receive a license to use deliverables created for you. We retain rights to general know-how and pre-existing tools.

Confidentiality

Both parties will keep non-public technical and business information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where Malaysian law does not permit such limitation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Consumers may refer disputes to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims where applicable.
